We are proud to announce that we have received ISCC Plus certification at three of our manufacturing facilities that produce Medical Device films!  This achievement is a significant step toward offering films that contain chemically recycled content.  What was once a distant hope of the industry, has now become a reality.  Medical device films produced with recycled content resins that meet all the strict guidelines for this type of packaging.  And, we are the first facility to achieve this certificate in all of Europe!

Pentamed® mono rigid films are available in a range of formulations to meet your medical device packaging needs.  Our films are engineered to ensure both product integrity and user convenience.

Pentamed® specialty rigid films offer many value-added benefits or cost effective solutions for your medical device packaging needs.  Each is engineered with specific benefits designed for special application requirements.

Medical grade extruded copolyester with excellent clarity and thermoformability.  Available with denest or silicone coating in standard blue tint or clear.  EtO, gamma or e-beam sterilizable.

Medical grade amorphous PET with good clarity.  Available with internal denest or silicone coating.  EtO, gamma or e-beam sterilizable.

Extruded high-impact polystyrene available with and without impact modifier.  EtO, gamma and e-beam sterilizable.

Extruded polypropylene available as a homopolymer or copolymer structure.  High heat resistance with good moisture barrier.  Eto, gamma, e-beam or steam (up to 120° C) sterilizable.

Calendared vinyl with moderate impact and UV inhibitor.  Excellent clarity and dimensional stability.  Available in standard blue tint or clear.  EtO sterilizable.

Co-extruded copolyester skins with APET core.  Available with silicone coating.  EtO, gamma or e-beam sterilizable.

GAG-PET structure layer

Laminated APET or PETg film with a sealing layer that can be used with uncoated lidding.  EtO sterilizable.

kpSealable structure layers

Thermoformable rigid film with ACLAR® laminated to PETg for complex products needing high-barrier protection against moisture.  EtO sterilizable. 

PETG/Aclar layer structure

Utility grade PETg.  Ideal for secondary packaging.  Available with internal denest or silicone coating.

PETg layer structure

Utility grade APET.  Ideal for secondary packaging.  Available with internal denest or silicone coating.
